Service Continuation

Our proxy services operate on a pre-paid subscription model. When you purchase proxy services, you receive immediate access to your allocated resources. Your subscription remains active until your purchased bandwidth or time allocation is fully consumed.

No-Expiry Policy

We maintain a no-expiry policy on purchased proxy bandwidth. Once you have purchased proxy services, your allocation remains available for use without time restrictions. This means you can consume your purchased bandwidth at your own pace without concern for expiration dates.

Automatic Subscription Management

Your subscription automatically adjusts based on your usage. When your allocated bandwidth is consumed, your service will pause unless you have enabled auto-renewal. There are no recurring charges unless explicitly authorized through auto-renewal settings.

Cancellation Process

To cancel an active subscription or disable auto-renewal:

1. Log into your account dashboard

2. Navigate to "Subscription Settings"

3. Select "Manage Auto-Renewal"

4. Toggle off the auto-renewal option

5. Confirm your selection

Service After Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription:

- You retain access to any remaining unused bandwidth

- No further charges will be processed

- Your account remains active for future purchases

- All associated proxy credentials remain valid until bandwidth depletion

Auto-Renewal Cancellation

If you have enabled auto-renewal, cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the next scheduled renewal to prevent additional charges. Any charges processed before cancellation cannot be refunded.

Data Retention

After cancellation, we retain account data and usage history in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable regulations. You may request data deletion through our support channels.

Reactivation

You may reactivate your subscription at any time by making a new purchase. Your account settings and preferences will be preserved for your convenience.
