1. Service Agreement

This Terms of Service ("Agreement") is a legal contract between Mithril Computer Systems, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the user ("User," "you," or "your") of our proxy services and related technologies.

2. Service Description

We provide proxy server services that allow users to route internet traffic through our infrastructure. Our services include residential proxies, datacenter proxies, and related technical support.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

4. Payment Terms

Services are provided on a prepaid basis. Payments are processed immediately at checkout. We maintain a no-expiry policy on purchased bandwidth. Pricing is subject to change with notice to users.

5. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% service uptime. Service credits may be issued for verified downtime exceeding our guaranteed availability. Performance metrics are measured and verified through our monitoring systems.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, technologies, designs, and systems related to our proxy services remain our exclusive property. Users receive a limited, non-transferable license to use our services in accordance with this agreement.

7. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

- Maintain accurate account information

- Protect account credentials

- Use services in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy

- Report security incidents promptly

- Pay for services as agreed

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services with notice to users. Material changes will be communicated through our notification system.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for:

- Violation of this agreement

- Fraudulent activity

- Non-payment

- Abuse of services

- Legal requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding month. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

11. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from their use of our services, violation of this agreement, or violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through:

- Initial good faith negotiation

- Mediation in Wyoming

- Binding arbitration if necessary

13. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Amendments

We may update these terms with notice to users. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
