You can purchase how many proxies you would like. The minimum depends as well on the product you wish to purchase.
For instance, for Residential Proxies the minimum is 1GB, for Datacenter Proxies it is 30 Datacenter Proxies and for ISP Proxies it is 10 ISPs.
